All orders are processed within 2–4 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving

your order confirmation email. You’ll receive another notification once your order has shipped.


2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Estimated delivery times:

Local (Malaysia): 3–7 business days

International: 7–14 business days (may vary by destination)


3. Shipping Methods

We currently use [PosLaju / J&T / DHL, etc.] as our main courier.

Tracking numbers will be provided once the parcel is shipped.


4. Delays & Issues

Delays may occur during peak seasons or due to external factors (e.g., weather or customs).

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages once tracking confirms delivery.


5. Incorrect Address

Please ensure your shipping information is correct.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address.


6. Customs, Duties & Taxes (for international orders)

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.

We are not responsible for delays due to customs.
